Chart count of YTD deliveries to selected customer by month

Hi All,

I have 2 columns of data. Col A is customer ID and B is a delivery date. I am trying to create a chart that shows count of the YTD deliveries to one selected customer (F5) by month. Months with no deliveries to show as blank.

As per attached file I have started to build a calculating table to define month but having real trouble with the next step and best formula to use.

Hoping you can help or provide some advice.

Best wishes,

Wunjowun

Hi Chideesh,

Thanks for giving it a go! I need to show all 12 months even if value is 0 and I want to make the selected customer ID dynamic which I'm not sure how to achieve with the pivot table - a lesson for another day for me :)
Thanks again,
Joanne
