Can we transpose cell data in different column?

Hi All,
Hope you are doing well, i have a problem where data is in a cell and i want to transpose it in separate columns based on the name, is it possible? please help thanks

Attached is the sheet for reference.

Input sheet - Column c data
Output sheet - need to transpose input sheet column c data in C-H column.

See table at cell B6 of the Output sheet.
Change/add data to the 2-column table in sheet Input, then right-click somewhere in the Output sheet's table at cell B6 and choose Refresh…
It's Power Query.
