Calculation of a value every Fiscal Year

Hi Gurus,


I have a requirement as below:


The calculation for the cumulative shortfall is equal to the sum of Shortfall values of Previous + Current month of the Fiscal year 14-15 ( April 2014 - March 2015).

I want the calculation of Cumulative Shortfall to be restricted for the same fiscal year , and consecutive year's Cumulative Shortfall Should again start from April 15 and so on.
