Calculating Overtime in Pivot table

I seem to have stumped the Ozgridians. No responses to my post about calculating overtime in a pivot table. Perhaps a pivot table is the wrong approach. Please check out the original post and let me know if you have a better solution. Thanks!

Could you show me an anonmyized source data----preferably with your pivot table set up.
