Calculate the difference between two ranks, within unique groups.

If my data set was the below, where I have two unique groups ( 109-Cranbury & 112- Cranbury). My goal would be to have a column " Diff Between Rank 1 vs 2" which would subtract the discount % column from Rank 1 vs 2. . My goal is to have a formula that when I drag the "Diff Between Rank 1 vs 2" column , calculations occur for each unique data set ( in this case that is Unique Lane) . Thanks
