Bar graph changing color when name selected

My first chart is changing color when I select a name. I want to add more charts that I want to do the same. How do I connect them to do that? Thanks for your help, Joe, Michigan.

You are getting the chart formatted using vba code , you will have to write codes for the new charts if you want to create to get the same effect.

I'm just going to put a few more. This is just a project I'm doing for my excel class. I'm not sure what static means though.
