[Junior bowler volunteer]

I am interested in making a fillable excel form that users can use and insert the information for their records. I run a youth program and I want to have the kids keep track of their scores and winnings.

Is there a way to do this with a web page or a downloadable form that can calculate their scores and scholarships?

I would like to embed it on my website/webpage.
