Average of a number

Hi , if you are taking average of few numbers in a week for day wise and you want to ignore the number which is extremely high then the normal day of a week, i am attaching the file , which is self explanatory

thanks .. but i have shared the % on E column just to make it clear , how will we do when you can't calculate % difference , when you have more more months

'My' E1 % uses Your given %.
If You given % are less or more than 'my E1 %' then those values do not effect to average.
If You have more months then ... of course
... You have to add something more data as well as solve 'Your E-column%'
Basically, I added one kind of solution which eliminates 'high' or 'low' values ... as You asked.

But, If You would like to eliminate Your manually marked rows, eg with yellow backgorund color, then my sample do not work!
