Auto Sorting And SubTotal Function

Hi guys, Ive been looking to add this feature to my excel table to automate data sorting into multiple sub-headers or sub-totals. So every time new data is added it moves under last row of the matching sub-header row.


Here is an example of what I need, but instead of 18 rows my file has close to 2000 rows and around 200 "Products"



I did a few rows manually. Any ideas are really appreciated it could be VBA or excel functions.

Wow thats beautiful!! , Ive been in a couple of forums, never saw something like this always, people is always giving ideas or they just have something to comment but never saw someone like actually working on somebody elses file.
