Auto Filters - Question

I have some import data in a one sheet, viz 1st col the date of berthing the vessel,2nd col name of importer,3rd col goods imported,4th col tonnage imported.There is a possiblity of the data in all the col being repeated.

I want to get the all import data of a particular in a separate sheet, when I enter in a particular cell the month eg January.

Please help

Can you convert the data to a Table and then use selection criteria on your particular columns
