Dear Excel Gurus

Appreciate if you could please help me with a VLOOKUP or INDEX approach, to identify the LOWER QUANTILE and the UPPER QUANTILE based on the END.PRICE (Column-X) on column "Z" and "AA" for each row in the sheet starting on row(2), I have typed the expected value e.g the END.PRICE for the value of END.PRICE =1624, so this value is between LOWER RANGE of 90% and HIGHER RANGE of 95% based on Row(2). Attached is the excel sheet. Thanks in Advance.
