Allocate Payment monthly automation

Dear Friends,

Kindly find the below excel sheet. Kindly help me with the formula to allocate Balance payment equally for a period of 6 months. Number of payment would be 3 in this scenario. It should be automated. Ex. If I change the period to 12 months and Number of Payments 6, accordingly the payments schedule should be allocated.

Please help. I have attached Excel sheet also
