Advanced Lookup Function

Hi all,

I have an excel problem that I cannot seem to crack. I have a sales forecast workbook with tabs for each week and on the master sheet I want to create a data validation drop down where I can select a week, say "Week 1" and it would look up values from both Week 1 tab and Week 2 tab and populate the difference between the two in the master sheet. This is what the master sheet looks like:

The pink tabs are the ones for each week. What formula can I use in each cell in the above master sheet to lookup the difference between values in each sheet based on the week selection from a drop down?
