I have an example of a standard form that need to empty the first time users enter their personal data. Later, in the second and subsequent time of their personal data can be loaded automatically when they click on the form that you want to use (Automation Form). Does Excel can do?

Yes, try with basic as simple as vlookup formula Or some vba code is needed.
