ADO IADS help

I am using below code to query Active Directory code from VBA, but getting error as user defined type error, while stepping I got error on
Dim conn As New ADODB.Connection, so enable multiple AD Reference as not sure about the version.
After stepping again got same error on
Dim oRoot As IADs, I am not able to find any such reference in VB.

Did you add the 2 references as I commented? I usually add such when I code.
