Adjust dates based on duration in hours

I am having excel sheet with 3 columns. First column is duration. Second is start date and last should be end date. Do we have any excel formula using which end date can be automaticaly adjusted or changed if I change the duration in first column.
 
What is the unit on durations? If it's days, you formula is simply:

=StartDate + Duration

=B2+A2


Otherwise, you need to use some type of unit conversion (e.g., divide by 24 if duration is in hours)
