Adding Time Zones

Hi,

I am trying to add a time zone into the attached spreadsheet, that is linked to either the country, or continent selected by the user.

Do I need to add another column with all of the plus or minus times in relation to GMT against each country, and then add a formula to enter the correct time in the Time Zone column?

If a user selects a country in cell F7 from the drop-down list I want cell H7 to show the time in relation to what has been selected in cell F7.

I hope this makes sense and some clever person can help. I appreciate that some countries have different time zones within them as well just to makes things more difficult.

One method :

Add another column & adjacent to each country name include the + / - time zone. Then perform a
VLOOKUP similar to that already existing in Column G, but of course this new VLOOKUP would be
located in Column H.
