ADDING A COLUMN IN USERFORM

Hello,
I have attached a sample workbook. I need to add the column 'T" from the worksheet to the userform. As this time, what it does is only searching the Column "S" into the userform from the worksheet sheet1 and sheet2.

Can someone please add the code for column "T".

Is it possible to do it? Sorry i am not good with vba. But if u tell what i need to do then i will. Just probably the first one and i will do the rest.
