Add data corresponding to similar keywords

Sorry for creating a new thread but I couldn't find the specific query, following is the description of my problem (I'm sure its really simple but my brain can't function )

I have a table with items on column 1 and 2 for e.g.
Column 1 ------ Column 2
John doe Inc ----- 80
John Doe Ltd. ------ 90
Chasm Inc ------ 10
Chasm coop ------ 10
JOHN ----- 10

I want to add the numbers in column 2 in which 'John' appears. I can't use sumif because they are not exact match. is there a way to add similar keywords ??

? Sumif(s) don't need exact match.

But you should do it in separate area.

Ex: in H2
