Actions to do, (things to do today)?

I need your help please.

Is there a way to clearyly identify all next action (today)?
i thought about adding a row (row I) at the end of the file with "action today" if today date is found in the line then YES else NO for example.
how to to this?
so i'll be able to filter all the YES line

Other question :
How to make past dates (before today) red no matter the date?

your table is filled with circular references.
If I understand correctly your reminders are set on the first workday following the given interval.
I calculated these using the WORKDAY function ( I did not take holidays into account but you can adapt the formula)
The resulting table is beneath yours with all formatting ( I manually added two dates to check the CF
