Accommodating Employees name

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some assistance with automatically transferring employee names from our daily sheet to the monthly report. I've highlighted the cells containing the employee names in yellow on the monthly sheet.

Currently, I've been manually entering cell references, but with a list of 100 employees, this process has become quite time-consuming and complex.

Could you please advise on a more efficient method to achieve this?

I recommend that you use a single database in the daily report, for which you should also report the date. From a single database, you can transfer everything to the monthly report by person. Now, I don't know the purpose of reporting all the names on the same sheet in the monthly report. I would use a single table to report individually for each person, and when you change the name, the data for that person would be registered in that table."

# automatically ... maybe after confirm?
# employee names ... maybe with Dept. too?

Do You really need Your given layout?
Could You use something same as 'my' Monthly-sheet?
