access 2010 help with developing a split preview (non editing)

i am trying to develop a split preview (see attached sample screen shot) for my database in access 2010

i am completly lost any direction for me will be really appericated.

Despite the nature of these forums, what are you trying to do? Please elaborate and start uploading a sample file. Otherwise it'd be harder that someone might help you.
