20007 Data Comparison Formula

Hi,

First timer so bear with me....

I am trying to figure out a way to run comparisons of data that will be in the

"source" range of cells with the same text data that will be split in to multiple "destination" cells.

The data will be in the same workbook.

By running this formula/array or whatever the goal is to verify that the data that was split into multiple destinations cells can be verified against the source data present in a single cell.

If True Change font to Green color

If False Change font to Red color

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are a number of ways to do this but without specific details I'll list the approaches you could try

Count and Sum

Check that the Number of entries originally and separated is the same

Check that the Sum of the of entries originally and separated is the same

If everything is the same you should be ok

Conditional Formatting

You use conditional formating to identify unique or duplicate values in the Input List compared to the destination areas
