2 users adding data to single file

our users fills out a user form and click on save.
The record is saved after the last row, on a different file in Shared drive.

If 2 to 3 users save record at the same time, what are possibilities of error

Which version of Excel?
... some version could do it ... someway, if ...
Did they open file same time?
... In some cases, the 1st user would save file and other would have read-only file.
What kind of error?
... possible that one users data would save and others not. Is that error?
Is that shared file?
... This means different than Shared drive.

From personal experience .. Excel is not designed to accomplish what you are describing without error. The chances of error are great.

If you use Microsoft Online, it is designed for sharing a workbook ... at the same time.
