I have Table 1 I want to become like Table 2 (only one equation in column Q)
Explanation of the first table:
Is the first 3 years apply discount 4% - 8% - 17.7% respectively and then from the beginning of the fourth year apply the same rates of the previous discount in addition to the rest of the first three years

One formula for Table 2 column Q

Formula put in Column R ,in R3, copied down :

=I3*J3+IF(ROW(A1)>36,INDEX(\$I\$3:\$I\$74,MOD(ROW(A1)-1,36)+1)*(1-J3),0)

Didn't You want to delete that Table 1 or what?
If You want to keep Table 1 then
for cell P3 =i3 and
for cell Q3 =m3
and copy down...
