Thanks a lot Mr. Sumendra.
I find your formula work fine but again you pointed it right in case of duplicates it will change the whole scenario all together, may be "total sales value" achieved by a sales person in all regions may be the final argument, if it not be further duplicated...
Mr. Somendra,
BY CONDITIONAL FORMATTING WE WOULD HIDE UNWANTED CELLS RIGHT, BUT WE NEED A FORMULA AS YOU RIGHTLY SAID, GIVE US, 'SINGLE CELL SOLUTION'. IF THIS EVEN DONE, IT WILL ACHIEVE ITS GOAL.
In essence we need to do 3 things
- evaluate all possible single sales values highest or lowest...

What is your main goal to acheive? Why don't you have 3 different colour bars for each priority & one for total which gives more clarity towards your goal to achieve.
Mr. Narayan
I appreciate your concerns. But the reason for using 'aggregate' instead is, it gives lot of functionality/options, which always helpful in case of error triggers during mapping of long spreadsheets, though it is going away from the usual.

Hello Guys
Need to show only 5 top records dynamically, under specific area/name using an array formula. I extracted the names but it is not showing under specific area, it started from top to bottom order.
