See I agree I use the term urgent but u are still pin pointing in that.. I gave all requirements and details. The allocation should happen evenly and in ascending order that's why we have case entry date and time.. Please let me know if u require any other details...

FIFO is first in first out. Alloxation should happen basis on the entry date and time. (In ascending order). I will copy the data every 1 hour and if there are cases already allocated should be shown as duplicates and those cases should not be allocated again...
