    Have created a workbook with the "working" data and a second workbook with KPM monitoring. All information in the KPM spreadsheet is pulling from the "working" data - however, the links will not update when opening the KPM spreadsheet. Also, when trying to enter a new formula..... =COUNTIFS( )...

    Is it the group that is changing - as in Dave Smith goes from Group A to Group B? I'm not sure I quite follow the above - This could be a simple pivot table if I understand correctly.
