I want to know how can i select a range of cells and count the non blanks based on a cell value of my end range. for example. i have a value of 3 in cell A1,and i am on range b1. Based on the cell value of 3 in A1, count the nonblanks from b1 and 3 cells down?
instead of formatting the column as text, use can use a custom format. go to format cells by right clicking, choose custom. In the field called Type: put in 000000. that should do the trick.

put round in front of your sum equation. then after the equation you need to put the number of digits(decimal places) you want rounded to.
Thanks everyone, finally figured it out. i used a picture and cut it up into the sections I needed. then i made a sigle bar chart and formatted it will a fill on the clipboard. then peiced them all together.
