    This worked great.. I had to fix a few things with my vlookup and some formatting but in the end it works! they run the script and save it as a txt file and can load the file into google, outlook or ical! Thank you!

    Excel Template to Format data from one worksheet to another

    Thank you. I used Vlookup. One issue that came up was if there was no data in that area it would come back #NA so I had to use =IF('Paste Data Here'!D200="","",VLOOKUP('Formatted data'!D200,VLookup!A200:B296,2,FALSE)) This allows them to paste up to 200 rows of data and have it formated.
