3D Map Hourly Timeline don't come correctly

Dears,
I'm trying since yesterday to make 3D heat map with hourly timeline
but always Date don't come correctly - I tried different cell format but still couldn't fix it

*Attached is my workbook, correct date format should be as in Excel column A & B
but in 3D map it show date of 99

if some expert knows how to fix it, it will be great

Add a field to your data called Date2 or anything else
Make that field =A2+B2

Then in the 3D map
Refresh data
Then drag the new field name from the Field Picker into the Time dropdown

Time without a date assumes that the year is 0
