Summing and gathering same name items

Hi guys
Please see the attached file.
i have data in columns A To D.There are similar names and their corresponding quantities below each name.
i want help in writing a macro that excel automatically scans through the range and picks up items and adds them.
the output should be shown in column F and G. I did that manually in the attached sheet.
I hope i was succesful in explaining my problem

if my data is in H to k , do i need to change
x = 1 To 4 to x = 8 To 11?

i read , i only posted here because the website that i normally post question was giving me an error while posting, if somehow my question got posted then i never got the confirmation because it kept on showing me some cloudflare page.
This website didnt give me any problem
