Number Formatting a cell with negative values

Dears,

How to format a number with -ve answer
If we format a cell as below "FUEL"0.00"Deg"
The result with a numerical value say 50 will be displayed as FULE50.00Deg
if it is a -50 negative value then it will be displayed as -FUEL50.00Deg

Is there is any way to format as FUEL-50.00Deg
-Ve sign will be prefixed only in the numerical value, not in the format
Thank you

A slight variant I would go with is
"FUEL"_-0.00˚;"FUEL"-0.00˚
This leaves a '-' sized space for positive numbers to help alignment and the ˚ character seems to be recognised without quotes or \ escape.
