Flashing continued...

I have a Workbook with multiple worksheets (tabs) (please see attachment). What I'm looking to accomplish is whenever a red Unicode U+221A (√) (square root symbol) appears in Column K (K3:K5003) of any of the tabs, the cell containing the √, will flash.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Flashing involves code , and also consumes resources such as computer time.

Formatting on its own will also alert a user , and will not involve code or use computer time.

I am more concerned with accuracy rather than CPU time. True, it would be nice to have both, but since I have to decide between the two, I have to choose accuracy.

Additionally, I have thusfar been unable to use formatting to solve the problem.
