Calculate YTD sales with dynamic weeks

Hello,

I need to write a formula to calculate YTD sales based on the week number and store.

So if its week 5, I need to calculate sales from wk 1 - 5 or if its week 7, calculate from week 1 - 7. And the right store also.

Attached is the a draft spreadsheet.
