Well now there is Google spreadsheet available btw i am not fan of excel but i always most of my solutions in excel. i wish excel could use filter as easy as Google, import other files as easy as Google.:rolleyes:

i hope this will work for u. make unique Id of all your PSM IDs on one sheet and use index match to search data.

adding the helper column did work but there is still a problem the values for January are not coming correct as it is counting the values for sub tasks as well.
