combining hebrew text with left to right numbers

excel how to combine hebrew right to left text with standard left to right numbers in one cell, and the numbers should still be LTR

as you can see, the hebrew text keeps the RTL rule, but the numbers looses the LTR, and breaks up where the spaces are, into RTL, is there any way to keep each column in its own rule and still combine them into one string?

Trying to use flash fill reveals, the string is correct inside the formula bar, but not inside the cell.

With Power Query there is a way to inverse text.

However flash fill can do what you are after. I managed after some trial and error however.
in C2 type this 1212 8806 ברוך לייב
in C4 type again the correct example.
then Select cells C2:C5 and press CTRL+E (Excel 2013 or later).

thanks so much for taking your valuable time trying to help
however, the numbers in the results are still shown in the wrong direction
instead of: 8806 1212 ברוך לייב
it is: 1212 8806 ברוך לייב

dear pecoflyer, sorry for not explaining RTL & LTR

Formula solution :

D2, array (CSE) formula copied down :

=TEXTJOIN(" ",1,FILTERXML("<a><b>"&A2&"</b><b>"&B2&"</b></a>","//b"))
