Nested IFS Autofill another column issue

Hi I am using the following Nested IF to find 3 conditions, but also want to change the FALSE parts to show the same condition. apologies if I haven't explained that very well. Please see attached. Thanks in advance anyone that can assist.

=IF(OR(B2="Minimum",B2="Most Likely",B2="Maximum"),B2,"")

=IF(OR(B2={"Minimum","Most Likely","Maximum"}),B2,IF(OR(A1={"Minimum","Most Likely","Maximum"}),A1,""))

=IF(B2="","",IFERROR(LOOKUP(1,0/(LEFT(B$1:B2)="M"),B$1:B2),""))
