Current formula is...

=RIGHT(B3,LEN(B3)-SEARCH(“-“,B3)-1)

I want the formula to return a blank result if there is no hypen (-) in cell B3.
 
I also have a formula...

=RIGHT(C3,LEN(C3)-SEARCH(“:”,C3))

Is there anyway to capture anything after the : but ignore anything before the -
