Hi Chandoo, Beautiful chart there! I drew a similar Dashboard few days back, about a running challenge that took for 30 days.

  2. Mike Tessier says:

    Awesome as always!

  3. Shantanu Das says:

What is the value of this above mentioned course in Indian currency. Please reply.

    • Chandoo says:

      Hi Shantanu.

Thanks for your interest in this. There is no separate INR pricing for this program. When you pay for the class, your credit card / bank will charge you based on latest exchange rate for US $10.

  4. Ed Finn says:

Regarding your master classes, can a person pick and choose which topic(s) he would like to cover? I assume each of them will be $10. Thanks, Ed

  5. George says:

    Chandoo,
I purchased the video re All Versions of Truth, Interactive Charts in Excel, but I don't see the Excel files. How do I get access to the files?

    Thanks,
    George

  6. Soni Garg says:

Hi, I tried buying the first masterclass, however was not able to.

  7. Bob Collet says:

    Chandoo,

I suggest that you do not move the mouse around so much. It is distracting when trying to keep up with it.

Thank you for all that you do.

    Bob

  8. Gary Berger says:

Is this class still of value if we are on Excel 2010? It's a corporate PC, so I have no control over what version I am given to use.

    • Darran says:

Yes it is, I'm using 2010. Only problem you cannot get that sexy timeline.

    • Chandoo says:

Yes, timelines are a new feature in 2013. I will cover techniques for implementing calendar / timeline selection in earlier versions of Excel in a future blog post (or master class).

  9. Uthra says:

Do you have alternate payment links for Indian customers ?

  10. Leon-K says:

    Hi Chandoo,

Firstly, congratulations on commencing a very well needed series of classes which successfully summarises, and brings bang up to date, all that you have taught over the years.
Secondly, please can I say what a fantastic idea I think it is that you have serialised the training in such a way for USD10 each lesson with workbooks to generate a revenue stream. I sincerely hope it is successful and a model that you can replicate for intermediate levels also. The more successful you become, the more you give back by re-investing into Chandoo.org. I was asked only yesterday for EXCEL/VBA training resources. On recommending Chandoo.org paid courses I was told that 'formal', certified training was required! I fear it is a sign of 20th century management approaches within business that are holding progress back as 21 century training resources as professional and high quality as yours are not recognised as valid pathways to increased productivity and staff development. I should know, I started here in 2011 with nothing and am now a successful BI Developer on above market rate salary having only ever used Chandoo and Wiseowl(SQL) to train and develop core skills and concepts which I could then apply to professional BI products like SAP, Microstrategy, Sql Server Management Studio, etc.

I look forward to future lessons.

    Kindest regards,

    Leon-K

Incidentally, I am repeatedly asked at interviews how I maintain my market knowledge and BI modelling skillset. I reply with 'The Economist' subscription and Chandoo.org. I have enjoyed great success in my career thus far.

    • Chandoo says:

Thank you Leon for all your love and appreciation. Thank you so much for being awesome and learning 🙂

I am glad you like this new format. I am experimenting with this and will surely share my thoughts and stats at the end of Season 1.

  11. Krishna says:

    Hi Chandoo
I purchased your first master class and just downloaded the video. However, the excel workbook is not available. Can you pls share the same on my mail id or send the download link

    Thanks

  12. Mike Tessier says:

had to uncheck the "Notify me of new post by email." Chandoo is so popular that my email box was flooded first thing this morning. Sorry buddy.

  13. Izabel bilotti says:

Chandoo Im from Brasil and im following your courses since chandoo site's had an other name and you had to change. Long time ago. My problema is the English. I have to go back the vídeos a lot of time to understand well. Do you think in put some legend in others language ? Thks a lot.

  14. Phil says:

    Hi Chandoo,

what an amazing piece of content.

The one thing that needs to be improved when purchasing via Vimeo is the download link from my POV. To show in a video is somewhat difficult to find. I skimmed through the video first and was not able to determine where the download files were.

Next time I will try Gumroad, maybe it's different there...

    Keep rocking Excel (as always)!

    best,
    Phil

    • Chandoo says:

Thanks Phil for the love. I am glad you liked it. I will certainly make the download experience better in Episode 02 with a clear footer for first 5 minutes highlighting the download link.

  15. liu says:

is there subtitle in the vedio? I can't catch your english at all, sorry

    • Chandoo says:

Hi Liu.. Thanks for your interest in this. Sorry, but no sub-titles as yet. Depending on the volume of people purchasing the class, I may add transcript for the video during a later date.

      • Juan says:

It would be great that captions can be added to each class, just like the podcasts. It's a fantastic idea so anybody who does not speak English as a first language can follow all the content without getting lost.

  16. Cele says:

Once I purchase a course, can i save the video on my pc as an mp4?

  17. Kate says:

Awesome as always Chandoo, I'm loving this new format of pay on demand. Have watched the first video, really well structured and informative ????

  18. Santosh Chaube says:

Hi Chandoo, this was a super course, 10/10 on awesomeness,
Can`t wait for other Masterly Classes goodies in the series.
Though we would have also appreciated , if you would have created the original dashboard "Global house prices interactive chart " from the Economist website with some mock up or source data.

  19. Ivan says:

    Hi Chandoo;

Love your idea of this master classes. we don't all have the same needs!! 🙂

    I'm in..

    Hi,

I have a excel report (mis) which I generate for my customer. I want this report to be made in such a manner that at a click of button any requirement is served and multiple parameters is served. How can I resolve my issue. If you are located in Mumbai I can come down with data or if something can be suggested.
