Its been 2 years since I have posted such a message. A recent look at my website statistics revealed that most of the visitors are first timers, and quite a few of them land here searching one of the “iim”, “indore”, “iim indore blog”, “iimi” or “chandoo iim”. So, let me take a moment and give a brief intro about me and this blog.

Who am I:
I am Purna Chandra Rao D fondly called as Chandoo by friends and would like to call myself as Pointy Haired Dilbert in the online world.

What is my past:
Born in Machilipatnam -> Schooling Nimmakur, AP Residential School -> Diploma in Computer Engg. from Andhra Polytechnic, Kakinada AP -> B Tech Computer Science from Andhra University College of Engineering -> One year stint as developer with Xinthe Technologies -> 2 years of PGP from IIM Indore -> Now with an India’s Largest IT services & consultancy company as analyst in Chennai

What is this blog all about:
I muse here mostly about my life, sometimes about business and advertising and every now and then about my hobbies a la cooking, photography, analytics, technology and web-design.
I started this blog when I joined IIM Indore in June 2004. Most of my initial posts were naturally about b-school life. But if you actually read the first post of every month, you would how I have changed over the last 2 years. yeah, you can say that you are not finding any IIM related posts nowadays, thats because I have moved on. 🙂 But you can read my archives to get a glimpse of life in b-schools.
