i have one userform on which there are 5 textbox
textbox1 = serial number
textbox2 = invoice
textbox3 = suplier name
textbox4 = item name
textbox5 = amount
and i have one command button = save.
when i click on save then data from all textbox will save in sheet1 on coloumnA,B,C,D,E
now i have another userform on which the same 5 text box and one command button for edit
when i select serial no. then all the other textbox2,3,4,5 automatically gets their value
now user can change their value here easly but how to change the same value in excel....i mean i have no code for edit button?
can anybody tell me what should i do?

I do not think your topic title really does what you want, find and replace is a standard Excel function so it may not get the attention and help you need, some thing like "code for edit button?" would be of more help to those browsing the forum.
