What is efficient, quickest way to check if worksheets exist in workbook

Hi,

I have a workbook (Input file) . This file has more than 25 worksheets.

I have saved name of all the worksheets in macro file.
I need to check if all the worksheets are present in the input file.

What would be the efficient way to check this.
Can anyone please help me in this.
