VBA Code to Format a Text Box based on values

Hi,

I am not that familiar with VBA, but what I am looking to do is create a code for a text box to say something like this.

If text box is <0 than color it RGB (255,0,0). If text box is >=0 than color it RGB (41, 215, 87). I went under the Developer tab and went to code and I tried this, but have not been successful.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Thank you. I see the VBA code, but I am confused of how to get it to work. I keep getting a message from Excel stating it is a macro-free workbook.
