Userform help to capture a range with next button to skip to next range

Hi,

I am preparing an excel tool which allows users to select multiple weeks. Presently I have prepared a calendar based on financial week flow and looking for help to capture that in an userform.

Hui, well, I have a requirement to extract data as per user's selection. The selection criteria would be week numbers so I may require a calendar like userform.
