Updating Data Range and Chart Automatically

I don't know if you can do this but I am trying to figure out how to setup a worksheet so that when I add new data to a range that I'm using to create my chart it automatically adjusts to add the new entry but also minus 1 of the previous entries. For example I only want it to calculate the last 10 entries although I might have 100 entries on the page from previous dates. I know that you can add entries and manually adjust the range so that a chart will automatically update but I want the range to automatically update/use the last 10 entries on the worksheet every time I add a new entry. I hope this makes since. HELP!

There are many links related to this topic in Data Visualization forum on this site.
If you search it you will find one. Otherwise see the attached file, which will plot last 10 entries on a graph. Go through named formula in name manager.
