Hi All,
I have workbook named "sample" which has got some data. And another workbook named "sample1". The workbook "sample" is saved in a path and will be updated using the workbook "sample1". "sample" contains the old records(each row is a record). The workbook "sample1" will have the updated data for the old records and also some new records. The columns to be updated are "Job Status" and "Completed Date" and also the new records should be added in the next row. The range keeps varying in these workbooks.
Now what I want is to automate this updating activity as well as addition of new records using a macro. I would also like the status to be updated in the sheet 2 of the workbook "sample". Status should show no of records updated as "Delete" or "Complete" and also the no. of new records added. I have attached the workbooks for your reference.
Please help me with this.
