I created a DEFINED NAME with table name in the lookup reference in the below formula, but on re-opening the sheet, the instead of table name its showing the reference range. I'm using the same to create a dynamic 'Data Validation'.
ORIGINAL FORMULA WITH TABLE NAME
=INDEX(mgLookup,0,MATCH('MAINSHEET'!$C$20,FIELDVALUE1!$O$1:$AA$1,0))
CHANGED FORMULA WITH REFERENCE RANGE INSTEAD OF TABLE NAME
=INDEX(FIELDVALUE1!$O$2:$AA$32,0,MATCH('MAINSHEET'!$C$20,FIELDVALUE1!$O$1:$AA$1,0))
Could you help me with suggestion to retain the table name without changing to reference.
