Attached is an example. I want to create similar like that in excel. But more useful like able to do calculation for every answer so that i can make summary for the result.
Is there any idea how to make my desire become reality?
hi, already look at googleform, but it's not what I want.
Yes it's easy to create survey and put the result in googlesheet.
But for my case, we not doing it online. Usually we give hard-copy to participant who attend our class. So after we collect all the form, we manually insert the survey in excel. So I would like to create the form in excel and just key in the survey in that form, and (maybe) one click of button can bring all data from that form to some table. Once the table is filled with data, I can use it to do some statistic and so on.
