Remove pictures from excel

Hallo Good Morning All,

Greetings of the day,

Can anyone help me with i have an excel that have pictures datas and email addresses in same column what i want , i want only email address here rest all things are wastage, can anyone help with it ?

I have uploaded a sample file here.

Mate - to remove all the picture in one go follow the below instructions
1) Select the sheet and press F5
2) On the Go to command box - click on special(at the left hand side bottom)
3) then Select "Objects" option button on the next pop up..
5) Click OK..(notice all the images on the sheet are selected)
6) now hit delete button on your keyboard...and it is done..

To remove remove text or any other data in the column C...select the entire column first...
1) ALT + D + F +F (to apply filter)
2) Then uncheck the data you want to retain...
3) Once done...click OK..
4) You shall now see..the data that is required to be deleted...select these rows..and press ALT + ;
5) Finally ALT + E + D
you are done....
